SMS Opt-In & Consent

This page describes how Anima AI uses SMS/MMS messaging and how you can manage your consent.

1. What Messages You Will Receive

When you opt in to Anima SMS notifications, you may receive:

Reminders: Task reminders, calendar alerts, and scheduled notifications you have configured.
Alerts: System notifications, important updates, and proactive intelligence alerts.
Briefings: Morning briefings and daily summaries when enabled.
Responses: Direct replies to your SMS queries to the Anima assistant.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Anima by:

Providing your phone number through the Anima web interface and enabling SMS notifications.
Sending a text message to our Anima number.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Anima AI at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences and activity. You control which notifications are sent via SMS through your Anima settings. Typical usage ranges from 1-10 messages per day, depending on your configuration.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Anima does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

Replying STOP to any Anima text message.
Disabling SMS notifications in your Anima settings.
Contacting us at anima.alerts@gmail.com.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
